All Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance. Any appointment cancelled under 48 hours will result in a $60 late cancellation fee. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and fail to cancel in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee based on the appointment type:
*Psych Evaluation with Psychiatrist: $300
*Psychiatric Evaluation with NP or PA: $200
Psychiatric Follow Up Appointment: $150
Therapy Intake: $120
Therapy Follow Up: $120
* Please note: These fees do not apply to individuals covered by Medicaid, in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
